Access to kitchen and bathroom shared with the landlord. Rent 4500 SEK/month for the furnished room including electricity, water and broadband. For rent for 1 year starting from August 1, 2026. If everything works well, there is a possibility of extension. Notice period 1 month. Rent is paid on the last weekday of the preceding month. Deposit 4500 SEK, returned upon moving out. The apartment is gladly rented to a visiting researcher or someone who wants to live centrally in a quiet and safe environment. If the ad is still up, the room is still available.
