During that time we want to rent out our apartment. Its 55 sqm, two rooms and a small kitchen with a dishwasher. Furniture is included. The address is Albert Engströmsgatan 3, with several good grocery stores and a big shopping center nearby and also very close to a bus station and a park. It takes less than 15 minutes to get to Uppsala central station by either bus or by biking through the park. The rent including furniture, internet, hot and cold water is 11 000 sek. You will have to pay for electricity and home insurance by yourself. The apartment is owned by Rikshem, a large swedish landlord. We will be renting it out with their permission which means anything broken is fixed professionally by them. Access to the apartment in December.
