The apartment has a big open living room and kitchen and a large bedroom recently renovated bathroom, storage space and a balcony. Located 200 meters from the lake, a quick walk to the big ICA supermarket and shops. and within easy biking distance to the university and Iksu sports facility and city center. Im looking to rent the apartment while Im on holiday back home in New Zealand.
