The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a large bedroom and a separate study room. Im looking to rent out the study room, which already has a desk and chair for a comfortable work-from-home setup. I will also provide a bed in the room. Looking for a non-smoking, responsible and respectful tenant. No pets, and preferably no frequent visitors. Occasional weekend visitors are absolutely fine. Rental terms: 1 months rent paid upfront and 1 months notice period. The rental is until further notice, and I will provide at least one months notice if the rental needs to end.
