Beskrivning

This 28 sqm apartment sits in a building that was fully renovated in 2014, blending original 1890s character high ceilings, decorative moldings with high-quality, custom-made materials throughout. The apartment is south-facing and faces the courtyard, so its bright and completely quiet, and the building has an elevator. The ceiling height is 3.4 meters, with a cozy loft area above, reached by a wooden ladder. The living room sofa is a sofa bed, and theres a private balcony with a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine. The kitchen is custom-made by Kvänum, in a charcoal finish with leather pulls, Carrara marble countertop and backsplash, and Siemens appliances including an induction stove, oven, and a combined washer/dryer. The bathroom has heated floors, a spacious walk-in shower, a marble sink area with a heated towel rack, and a large mirror cabinet. Theres also a custom-made built-in wardrobe with the same charcoal finish and leather details. Location: Less than a 5-minute walk to two different metro stations and to the shopping areas, and close to the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) and several nice bakeries in the area. Why Im renting it out: Im studying at HEC Paris and will be renting out the apartment during that time.
