Unique Södermalm Apartment with Beautiful Park-View Balcony Charming and thoughtfully designed studio apartment on Skinnarviksringen, in one of Södermalms most beautiful and peaceful areas. The apartment is bright and welcoming, with a smart layout that makes it feel more spacious than a typical studio. A separate sleeping alcove with a comfortable 160 cm bed creates a distinct sleeping area, leaving the rest of the apartment open for living and relaxing. The highlight of the apartment is the fantastic east-facing balcony overlooking the lush green park. Thanks to the elevated, open location, the air feels exceptionally fresh and clean for central Stockholm, almost like a countryside-like feeling in the middle of Stockholm. In the mornings, you can wake up to birdsong from the park and enjoy your coffee or breakfast outside in the morning sun. Despite the tranquil setting, the apartment is extremely well connected. Zinkensdamm metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it very easy to get around Stockholm. Hornstull, Mariatorget and the many restaurants, cafés, bars and shops of Södermalm are also within easy walking distance. A lovely home for anyone looking for the best of both worlds: greenery, fresh air and peaceful mornings, while still being right in the heart of Stockholm. Intended rental period is for 6-12 months with possibility of extension.
