Apartment which is located in central Stockholm. The apartment is located in the cozy neighborhood of Södermalm on Skaraborgsgatan two minutes from Slussen T-bana and close to Mariatorget and Medborgarplatsen. and five minutes walk from Gamla stan (Old town). The room is furnished with: a desk, chair, carpet, bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, fridge-freezer, microwave, mirror. There are access in the apartment to a washing machine and a dryer. Electricity, heating, and Internet (wi-fi) is included also included: roomcleaning twice/month,weekly cleaning of schared spaces,recycling,soap,handsoap,bakingpaper ( observe that no schampoo, showergel or Washing powder is included) also includes us throwing away your recycling You will share the kitchen and bathroom with apartment owner (who is mother with a Child and a dog and and 4 students from different countries in the world) NOTE Do not search if you are sound sensitive (because there are Child in the home) some sounds can be heard Adress yes ,if we make an agreement on it Rent 8090 kr (low price June and juli) Loking for someone from 1/6.2026 if you are interested send pm to me & tell you about yourself who you are, what do you work or study to and from when you are looking for accommodation Guests/visits are possible by arrangement, the fee for this is 295 SEK per night/day (this includes e.g. bed, bedding, towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, wi-fi).
