Looking forward to hearing from you. // Room in apartment with a kind and friendly family We are looking for a calm and reliable person for a bright, big room with a green view. It is important to communicate and respect eachother, and to be friendly in the daily life. Nothing for fur allergics and pedantic people - cats and dogs and birds live here sometimes. We are mom (51) and kid (17) and further ahead possibly a second tenant. Also part of the pack are 2 cats and a young, very large, cuddly and kind dog (1,5yrs). I commute to my partner and summer house, so, tenant(s) and kid handle every day life together, we are both responsible and calm. My kid is a musician and plays guitar and piano daily, beautiful tunes being created here... :) (And not in silent hours 22-7) The area Hornstull is central but calm. In immediate proximity are cafees, parks, theater, musik, mall. One block from subway, busses, food store. Also a short stroll from beach and several som Stockholms gorgeous green spaces, and also Stockholms possibly most beautiful view point (Skinnarviksberget).
