Beautiful walking and running paths along Årstaviken and the green spaces of Tantolunden are also within easy walking distance. I am renting out the apartment while I am studying in Jönköping. I am looking for a responsible tenant who will enjoy and take good care of the apartment. The initial rental period is 12 months, with the possibility of renewing for an additional year if both parties are happy with the arrangement.
