At Campus Star, we offer newly built, climate-smart and space-efficient apartments, ranging from 1-room apartments of 16 sqm to spacious 2-room apartments of 50 sqm. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom. Good to know: Reserve the apartment and sign the contract once you receive your admission decision on 9 December. Please let us know that you would like to reserve the apartment when you have been in contact with us via -. An additional fee of SEK 250/month is charged for a microwave and mattress in the apartment. This fee is already included in the rent stated in the advertisement. Drop-in viewings are held every Wednesday at 4:30 PM in our show apartment (16 sqm), or by appointment. If you would like to attend, please meet outside the entrance at Nekvägen 41. Viewings are not held on public holidays. The hallway and room have built-in storage and a built-in bed frame measuring 105 200 cm. The kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and sink. The bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet. Optional extras such as a microwave, washing machine, and mattress can be added for an additional monthly fee. The rent includes heating, cold water consumption, and broadband (250/250 Mbps). Electricity and hot water consumption are charged to the tenant based on actual measured consumption.
