You will have access to the kitchen as well as the entire living room on the lower floor, which you will mostly have to yourself. Right outside your room is a large, modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine. You will also have your own outdoor terrace. You will share the villa with four other people, but they live on the upper floor. You will live alone on the lower floor and have access to the majority of the lower floor mostly as your private space.Additionally, you will have full access to the entire villa.
