There is also a washing room in immediate proximity that can be booked free of charge. The kitchen is top modern, fully equipped and spacious. The house is located in Kista which is one of the fastest growing suburbs of Stockholm called Scandinavian Sillicon Walley because of huge number of IT-companies located there. It takes about 15 minutes with a subway or a car to get to Kista from city center. The house is five minutes from the subway and the bus station, 10 minutes from Ericsson and all the other IT companies, 10 minutes from KTH Kista, five minutes from the mall of Kista which is a huge shopping center full of boutiques, restaurants, fitness centers, etc. In close proximity is also Järvafältet which is one of the biggest nature reserves in Stockholm, perfect for long walks, jogging or bike tours. The deposit is one months rent and the notice period is one full month. The room is rented out strictly to professionals preferably working in IT industry or doing PHD studies. The room is only rented out to individuals not couples or families.
