A furnished private room of approximately 12 m is available in our family apartment on Maltesholmsvägen, Hässelby Strand. The room is located in the far corner of the apartment, away from the main living areas, offering good privacy. It has a lockable door and is furnished with: Laptop/work desk and chair Sofa bed that expands into a double bed Wardrobe and storage space Bed linen The room is intended for one female tenant only, preferably a student. Private and shared facilities: The tenant will have access to a private separate toilet. The main bathroom with shower is shared with the family. The shared kitchen includes: Electric stove and oven Microwave Dishwasher Coffee machine Egg boiler Mixer/grinder Kitchen utensils One dedicated shelf in the refrigerator Please note that beef may not be cooked in the apartment. Electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. Folkbokföring at the address is permitted. The buildings laundry room can be booked, subject to availability. About the household: You will be sharing the apartment with a quiet and respectful family consisting of a married couple and their 10-year-old son. We value a calm, clean and considerate home environment. The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area with many elderly neighbors, so quiet hours apply and loud music is not suitable. The tenant is responsible for regularly cleaning her own room and private toilet, as well as cleaning shared kitchen surfaces and utensils after use.
