a newly furnished room is available in a spacious three-bedroom apartment of approximately 70 sqm in the charming neighbourhood of hökarängen, just south of central stockholm. the apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with dining space, a spacious living room with a sofa and dining table, and a balcony. you will share the home with me, a woman in my seventies, and my small chihuahua, mimmi. please note that you must not be allergic to dogs. the room is newly furnished and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. it features a desk overlooking a peaceful green area, blackout blinds, a wall-mounted tv with a tv box and numerous channels, plenty of storage with shelving and a wardrobe, as well as a full-length mirror and a separate makeup mirror. hökarängen has a welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere, with cafes, sushi and thai restaurants, a colombian restaurant, a popular local grocery store and an art gallery. the metro station is just a five-minute walk away, with the green line providing easy access to central stockholm. just one stop away is farsta, with its shopping centre, gyms, healthcare facilities and other services. i am looking for a friendly, considerate and responsible tenant, preferably an international student who appreciates a peaceful home. i spend extended periods of the year abroad, so it is important to find someone trustworthy and independent who will take good care of the apartment while i am away. i have an artistic background and three adult children who live nearby and can help with practical matters if needed. if you are a serious student looking for a pleasant place to stay in stockholm, i would be happy to hear from you. please introduce yourself, tell me about your studies and what you are looking for in accommodation.
