Im looking for a new tenant starting from 1st of October. Please include for how long you would like to rent the apartment in your application. APARTMENT Its located on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator. It consists of one room with a fully equipped kitchen corner, a little entrance area with shoe & jacket storage and a bathroom with shower (towels included). The apartment is fully furnished with a 120cm bed (bedding included) with storage underneath, a table to dine, work or study with 2 chairs and a storage bench, some wall shelfs, a clothing rack, and a dresser. It also has a big window letting in lots of light. WiFi & EL is included in the rent. There is some space in my storage in the cellar that can be used if needed. In the cellar you can also find a laundry room and bike storage. AREA From the subway station Bagarmossen its only a 5min walk to the apartment. Bagarmossen centrum with restaurants and supermarket is 2min away. However, the apartment is quiet and if youre into nature, you can reach the Nacka nature reserve with outdoor gym, lake and lots of walking trails in about 20min.
