When renting the entire house, the lower apartment can also be used primarily as additional sleeping or guest accommodation. As it contains beautiful and sometimes delicate furniture, we ask tenants to treat the house with care and leave it in the same condition as they found it. There are no additional cleaning fees, but we expect the property to be kept clean and tidy during the rental period.
