At Campus Elsa, we offer newly built, space-efficient homes ranging from 16 to 25 sqm. Good to know: A monthly fee of SEK 330 applies in addition to the base rent to cover the mattress and microwave provided in the apartment this amount is included in the advertised rent. Units up to 22 sqm feature built-in hallway storage, a sleeping alcove, and a custom-built bed frame (105x200 cm). Kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer combo, a stove with an oven, and a sink. Bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, mirrored cabinet, shower, and toilet. Optional extrassuch as a microwave, washing machine, or mattresscan be added for a monthly fee after the lease is signed. The rent includes heating, cold water usage, and broadband internet (250/250). Electricity and hot water usage are billed based on actual consumption. No rent is charged for June and July. Access to a rooftop terrace with an outdoor gym is included in the rent. Access to a common room with a ping-pong table is included in the rent. We comply with the National Board of Housing, Building and Plannings (Boverket) regulations regarding overcrowding. The stated rent reflects 2026 levels and will be adjusted for 2027.
