Excellent transport links with a bus stop right outside the building and several bus lines taking you to central Stockholm in approximately 10-15 minutes. A grocery store, postal service, and restaurant are located in the same building. A laundry room is available in the basement. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, and broadband. The apartment is rented unfurnished or partially furnished if desired. The apartment is rented out long-term, as I have moved in with my partner.
