Hej/Hello Rent per month 8450 swedish kronor icluding see bellow. Please read the whole ad before you contacting me. I rent out my newly-produced studio apartment fully furnished with a beautiful open view and sun from sunrise to sunset and big glassed balcony with a panorama view over Malmo. The area is safe villa area with Bulltofta park and stores, gym, bank, burger king etc around the corner. Fully furnished from 1 november 2026 or as agreed until 30 october 2027 with a possibility of extension and with mutual notice period. Good bus connection to the rest of Malmo and Lund. The bus stop is close to the building. 11 minuts by bicycle to värnhemstorget Dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. The rent which is 8450kr/month includes the following. Heating, Cold water (normal use 1 person or max 100sek/month, all above that pay tenant), Hot water(normal use 1 person or max 150 sek/month which I normally pay (1 person) Internet( fast), Stair cleaning Garbage collection. OBS: Electricity is NOT included in the rent( I normally pay around 150sek month (1 person) Free parking across the street in the villa area. Please note, I ONLY rent it out to someone who can meet my requirements bellow. REQUIREMENTS FOR TENANT Max 1 person You do not smoke Non party person Do not have pets Do not have Children. You are very clean of you( very IMOPORTANT for me) You have arranged finances You can pay deposit, which you get back when moving out. You have no payment note (betalningsanmärkning) You always pay the rent on time. Hela kvarteret är nybyggd och ligger i ett lugnt villa område. Gratis parkering tvärsöver gatan i villa område. Hyrs ut fullt möblerad från 1 novemner 2026 eller enligt överenskommelse till 30 oktober 2027 med chans till förlängning och med omsesidigt uppsägningstid. Bra bussförbindelse till övriga malmö och busshållplatsen ligger nära huset, matbutik, park, gym, bank, burger king ligger runt hörnet. Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin i bostaden. 11 minuter med cykel till värnhemstorget I hyran som är 8450 kr/månad ingår följande.
