Fully furnished room in our guesthouse. You share kitchen, bathroom, washing fascilities and the private garden with two other female students. From 15th of August 2026 we will have two rooms located on the first floor available. The house was renovated in 2020. Female non-smoking students only. Pets not allowed. Rent 4800 SEK/month including electricity heating, water, garbage collection and internet. The house is located at Mellanheden, a quiet neighbourhood in the central parts of Malmoe. You live close to the beach and withing biking distance (10-15 min) from the University, central station and city centre. Room 1: Rent 5000 SEK Room 2: Rent 4800 SEK
