Im potentially leasing a lovely large room with a french balcony and a smaller room right next to it in a very large appartment in central Malmö. This is i a beautiful house over a century old, with wooden floors, tall windows and approximately 3,5 meters ceiling height. The large room (21m2) has a big window and a french balcony facing the park, the smaller room (7m2) has one large window, it works well for an office space or similar. They are numbered 1 and 5 on the floor plan. You would also have access to a smaller toilet of your own. Kitchen and bathroom is shared.
