Bright, fully furnished 4-room apartment in Dockan We are moving to Spain and are looking for someone to enjoy our beautiful family home while were away :) This light-filled, south-facing apartment is in a newly built building (2021) in one of Malmös nicest waterfront neighborhoods. A small park sits in front, so the apartment gets sun all day and offers an open and green view. The apartment - 86 m with two bedrooms (a main bedroom and a childrens room) and a separate office. - Open kitchen, dining and living area with a kitchen island. - Glazed balcony facing south (this means it is not too cold, and you can actually enjoy it all year round). - One big bathroom with a shower, washing machine and dryer, plus a guest bathroom. Fully furnished All rooms are furnished, including beds with mattresses for the main bedroom, wardrobes, desks, bookshelves, a sofa, TV, dining table and chairs, lamps, curtains, and balcony furniture (most of what you see in the pictures). The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and small appliances. If you have children, the decorated childrens room can stay as is otherwise, we can remove the decoration and provide an IKEA fold-out twin bed. The office furniture stays too, but not the computer equipment. Well take our personal belongings, such as clothes, books and decorations, so the wardrobes, bookshelves and closet will be free for your things. Youre welcome to keep our plants if youd like. Location - About a 5-minute walk to the beach and the seaside promenade. - About an 18-minute walk or 7 minutes by bike to Malmö Central Station - Very close to bus line 5, which goes across the city, and other bus lines - Restaurants, cafés and the Dockan marina are right around the corner - Plenty of green space and playgrounds nearby, ideal for children of all ages. There is always something to do nearby, and summers here are wonderful, with the beach, the promenade and outdoor life right outside the door. At the same time, the neighborhood is calm and quiet, so you can sleep well at night. Whats included Electricity, heating, water, and a basic TV channel package are included in the rent. Parking Parking space nearby can be rented for an additional monthly cost. About the rental The rental is for one year, with the option to extend. In Sweden, subletting an apartment in a housing association (bostadsrättsförening) requires the associations approval. The association usually confirms within a month, but we will coordinate to complete it as quickly as possible. Its a simple process, and well handle it together. Non-smoking and no pets.
