The flat is perfect for 1-2 people and has an open and airy layout between the kitchen, living room, and hallway. The flat is bright with the afternoon and evening sun shines into the living room and kitchen. The bedroom has two large built-in wardrobes and an extra dresser with plenty of storage. The bathroom has a standing shower, washing machine, and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer. It is about a 20 minute walk to Malmö city centre and there are several good bus connections downstair. We are looking for an organised, non-smoking and pet-free tenant (maximum two people). The flat is rented furnished for 6 months, with the possibility of extension as we are going to work abroad.
