At Campus Kajen, you will find affordable, furnished one-room apartments (studio-style) with private kitchens and bathrooms. These 26-square-meter apartments all feature private entrances from the external walkway facing the inner courtyard, and some offer views of the water. Good to know: The apartment is rented as student housing on a short-term contract the maximum tenancy period is 4 years. The unit comes furnished according to the inventory list below. Kitchens are equipped with a combined fridge/freezer, a stove with an oven, and a sink. The rent includes heating, electricity, hot and cold water, and internet (250/250 Mbps). Pets are not permitted. The stated rent applies to 2025 and will be adjusted for 2026 following the conclusion of negotiations. The photos are for illustrative purposes actual units may vary.
