I am renting out my apartment as I am planning to move in with my partner. The apartment is located in the heart of Majorna, one of Gothenburgs most popular and vibrant neighborhoods, with close access to cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, parks and excellent public transport. The apartment is rented out furnished, making it easy to move in straight away. Some furniture can be removed if preferred, which we can discuss based on your needs. There is also a shared rooftop terrace available for residents to use. The shared laundry room is located on the same floor, just two doors away from the apartment, and is usually easy to book with short notice. The area offers a relaxed atmosphere while still being very central. Trams and buses are just a minute walk away, providing quick access to the city center and other parts of Gothenburg. This apartment is well suited for a single person or a couple looking for a comfortable home in a great location. Please note that a cat has previously lived in the apartment, so there may be traces of allergens. This apartment may therefore not be suitable for people with cat allergies.
