The apartment is the middle of Stockholm on Kungsholmen with 10 walk to the central station and just by an entrace to the metro. The building is from late 1800 with elevator and high ceilings. Location is in the middle of an area with bars, restaurants and shops and close to the waters of Norr Mälarstrand. It is a nice two room fully equipped apartment with balcony on the second floor available for the right person/company. We are looking for someone who wish to rent for six months to two years, preferrably a company.
