Are you an international student in search of housing We are now looking for a new tenant for our guesthouse. We have rented to international students in the past and it worked out well. That is why we are looking for a similar set up this time. The furnished cottage has 26 square meters, which we rent to one person. It has a living room with a sleeping loft. In the living room there is a table with chairs, a couch, a wardrobe, and a large bookshelf with doors and drawers for storage. In a separate room is a small kitchen/kitchenette with fridge, a small freezer, microwave, kitchen counter, hot plates, as well as a washing machine. In the bathroom is a massage shower and storage cabinets. On two sides of the cottage there is a porch. The cottage suits somebody who likes to live in the countryside, but still close to the city. Its next to a forest with the Lärje river and plenty of hiking trails. It takes 12 minutes by car, 25 minutes by public transportation (13 minutes walk plus 12 minutes by tram), or 30 minutes by bike to the Central Station. The cottage is in the same yard as the main property which is why we are looking for a calm tenant who does not play loud music or have parties. A deposit will be required. Internet and electricity are not included in the rent. The moving in date can be discussed. Electricity costs are not included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for electricity based on their actual consumption, as measured by a power meter.
