The apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a preferable move in date of 1st Jan 2025. We are prioritising people who can rent for a longer period. Located in north Luthagen just 5 minutes cycle from the city, Ekonomikum, or parts of Uppsala University along the beautiful Fyrisån river, with busses running frequently. The apartment itself is decorated to a high standard with quality oak flooring, a calm design with lots of natural light. High standard white goods all supplied including Siemens fridge/freezer, dishwasher and induction hob and Bosch microwave. The tiled bathroom has underfloor heating.
