Top floor apartment located in Täby, Renting out a bedroom, size of room is about 12. To be honestly I would like to rent to student only. And you will share some common area like bathroom, toilets and kitchen together with other 2 room mates. You can see Täby centrum which will probably fullfill almost all requirement for shopping and Train station from the balcony which means you can reach the train station and Täby centrum by walking arcoss the street. It will only take you 1-2 minuter to reach Täby centrum train and buss station. It will take you 10-15 minutes with train to reach KTH and Stockholm universitet, it also takes 20-25 minutes to reach the Stockholm T-central. You can also reach multiple destination in Täby and Danderyd with different busses . all the necessary machines is available. Visiting can be done both at the place or online if you wish to. And I am only considering to rent the room to students.
