Were offering a long-term rental opportunity for our lovely downstairs living space. Our house is situated in a nature-friendly neighborhood, just a short walk from the bus station and a 10-minute drive to Märsta station. Additionally, its conveniently located only 15 minutes away from Arlanda Airport. Norrbacken school is a quick 5-minute drive, and you can reach the center of Sigtuna in just 10 minutes. Youll have exclusive access to the entire lower floor of the house excluding gym, complete with a private entrance. The space features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances like a microwave and refrigerator, a bathroom, and a bedroom. If youd like, youre welcome to bring your own furniture to personalize the space to your liking. For an additional fee, youll also have the option to use the sauna. During the summer months, you can enjoy complimentary access to the swimming pool. The monthly rent includes hot water, electricity, and internet. We require a one-month deposit.
