Renting out a fully equipped private room in Central Nacka. Shared areas: Big kitchen, big balcony and newly renovated (2021) bathroom is shared with me. Facilities in private room Plenty of storage space Two big wardrobes with shirt racks big windows, big mirrors a wall mounted tv, computer desk Two bedside tables Big bed (160x200 bed) Facilities worth mentioning in shared rooms Dishing Machine Washing Machine and tumble dryer Oven Fridge Freezer Kitchen area with plenty of light Big hallway with lots of storage opportunities Shower Towel Rail About the area: 10 minute bus drive to Slussen (Bus driving on the highway to slussen departs just outside apartment). 5 minute walk to Nyckelviken. 8 minute walk to Nacka Forum. 5 minute walk to gym (SATS). Sauna on the yard is bookable. Washing machine and tumble dryer on the yard is bookable (there is also a private one in my bathroom). About me: I work at home on Mondays and Fridays. On the other days I work at the office and afterwards I work out, so I am rarely home before 10 PM. On the weekends I am seldom at home during the daytime. Fluent in English and Swedish. About you: I am looking for someone who is easygoing and keeps tidy. Can speak English or Swedish. It is allowed to bring guests, but no loud parties. It has to be quiet after 10PM. One month deposition in advance. Rent is due the 1st every month.
