Only 250m from the house, is Älta Centrum with ICA grocery store, pharmacy, library, modern gym, health care clinic, restaurant, etc. The apartment is cozy and at the same time with a lot of space to move around, in an area that feels safe and homely. Before moving in, a deposit coresponding to a monthly rent must be paid. The rent includes the fee for broadband, electricity, water and heating.
