Located just 2.1 km from the university, it offers great communication options with a bike/walking path nearby and a bus stop (Andreaskykan), which is only a 3-minute walk away, providing a quick 5-minute ride to LTU campus (Bus number 12), 10 min to the city center and 20 min to Storheden shopping center. The shop, health care center, post office, pharmacy, and gym are all located within 7 minutes of walking distance from the house. We are renting the house as my wife got a scholarship to do research in the USA.
