A newly renovated building situated in a beautiful part of skåne. with lots of nature reserves and forrest arround. There is plenty of land for those who want to grow vegetables etc. Space for horse can be arranged if required. The upstaris attic shaped room is an open plan bedroom/livingroom and downstairs is a newly installed bathroom and kitchen. One must have transport to live at this address as there is no public transport service. With a car it is 10 mins to perstorp, where there is a good supermarket, apotek, systembolaget,other shops, and a train station. 10 mins to Röstånga, 10 mins to Ljungbyhed, 20 mins to Höör. (Höör has free train station parking and a short train ride to Lund, Malmö and Copenhagen). 50 mins drive to Lund and to Helsingborg, one hour to Mamlö and 1..5 hours to Copenhagen. There are two homes being rented on this plot, one is un occupied. At this moment. the rent is cold rent so electric and garbage will come on top. heating is air to air heat pump. Lastly, the occupant would preferably be able to share keeping an eye on Boris the resident cat. there is a cat door so he can come and go as he pleases. It is fully furnished. But can be unfurnished also.
